Role Description Minnow Wellness is seeking a dedicated Functional Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, on-site position at their location in the Greater Houston area. The professional will provide comprehensive patient care, including conducting initial assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and performing follow-up visits. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the care team, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools for root cause analysis, staying current with cutting-edge research in functional and integrative medicine, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience through compassionate and thorough care. Qualifications Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, advanced decision-making, and formulation of personalized treatment plans.Proficiency in functional medicine, root cause analysis, and holistic health approaches.Ability to build and maintain meaningful, long-term patient relationships with an emphasis on communication, empathy, and trust.Experience or exposure to women’s health, longevity medicine, and innovative wellness practices is highly desirable.Commitment to staying updated with the latest discoveries in functional medicine and evidence-based care for optimal patient outcomes.Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Texas.Independent, self-motivated, and passionate about empowering women and improving wellness with a patient-focused mindset.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless patient care and excellent documentation.
