P&C Insurance Rep $90,000- $100,000Job Type: Full-Time Monday- Friday 7:00am- 3:300pmJob SummaryWe are seeking a driven and consultative Insurance Sales Agent to specialize in Homeowners Association (HOA) and Condominium insurance programs. This is not a high-volume transactional sales role-it is an advisory position focused on educating clients and designing insurance programs that protect shared property, governance structures, and financial stability.In this role, you will work closely with HOA boards, trustees, property managers, and unit owners to evaluate risk, identify coverage gaps, and place tailored insurance programs. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales skills, technical insurance knowledge, and the ability to clearly explain complex concepts.This is a niche insurance role focused on HOA master policies and HO-6 condominium coverage, requiring a higher level of client education and policy coordination than traditional personal lines sales.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentGenerate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, and strategic partnershipsBuild and manage a pipeline of HOA and condominium association opportunitiesConduct sales consultations with HOA boards and key decision-makersPresent insurance program options, including coverage types, limits, deductibles, and tradeoffsClient Advisory & Relationship ManagementEducate clients on HOA master policies, including property, general liability, D&O, and excess coverageAdvise unit owners on HO-6 policies and coverage coordination with master policiesIdentify gaps in existing insurance programs (e.g., deductibles, valuation, ordinance or law exposure)Build long-term relationships with HOA boards, trustees, and property managersInsurance Placement & StrategyCollect underwriting data, loss history, and relevant governing documentsCollaborate with carriers and internal teams to market and negotiate accountsDeliver structured insurance proposals aligned with client needs and governing documentsSupport renewals and ongoing policy servicingInternal Collaboration & OperationsPartner with account managers and leadership to ensure smooth client onboarding and renewalsMaintain accurate CRM records and manage sales pipeline reportingContribute ideas to improve sales processes and overall client experienceRequired QualificationsActive Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license1+ years of insurance sales experience (commercial or personal lines)Strong consultative sales and communication skillsAbility to explain complex insurance concepts in clear, plain languageSelf-motivated with strong organization and pipeline management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with HOA, condominium, or community association insuranceBackground working with property managers, real estate professionals, or commercial clientsWorking knowledge of:HOA master insurance policiesDirectors & Officers (D&O) coverageLoss assessment and deductible structuresExperience working in an independent brokerage environmentCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary$95,000+ based on experience and qualificationsCommission Structure10% commission on new business premium written3%-5% renewal commission, supporting long-term client relationships and book qualityIf you're interested in this opening please send resumes to Steve Scavone: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
