Dental Assistant
```Duties```
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Perform infection control procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation using Eaglesoft or similar systems
- Assist with patient assessment, including taking vital signs and recording medical history
- Prepare materials for impressions and restorations
- Assist with dental lab tasks as needed
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program
- Current certification in dental assisting preferred
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and procedures
- Proficiency in using Eaglesoft or similar dental software systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
