Understanding the agile mindset, various systems (AGV, ACR, AMR), and basic DevOps philosophies is key to success in supporting our groundbreaking projects. You will be responsible for the ongoing successful operation of Hai Implemented systems at your resident location and reporting to our Customer Service and Support Department. We welcome your application if you possess in-depth expertise in providing project support through technical guidance.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollaboration & TeamworkCollaborate within a team environment and benefit from mentorship opportunities.Technical Configuration & Systems SupportAssist in configuring firmware for various hardware components like robots, conveyors, servers, and scanners.Offer ongoing support and maintenance to our robotics systems during and post-deployment to ensure seamless operations of HAI products.Ability to perform basic DevOps operations.Software Testing & ImplementationCollaborate in software testing during project implementation and support.Test the fully integrated HAIQ-Warehouse Management System with customers or vendor sub-systems.Site Inspections & Deployment OversightConduct site inspections and evaluations, overseeing grid line marking and floor DM code adherenceCertification RequirementsYou will be required to pass HAI's FAE certificationQualificationsEducationAt least an Associate's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Robotics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience or technical training.Required ExperienceEntry-level exposure or knowledge in supporting AGV, ACR, or AMR solution implementationsSome knowledge of WMS/WES/WCS integration and PLC, but not requiredStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsPreferred experience in warehouse automation, material handling equipment, and warehouse operationsFamiliarity with Linux/UNIX, SQL, and scripting for task automationBasic understanding of VPNs, firewalls, and routersStrong communication skills with an analytical mindsetBasic understanding or knowledge of DevOps philosophiesMust be willing to live in the location of the assigned project for the life of the contractPreferredProficiency in Chinese (advantageous but not mandatory
