Insurance Defense AttorneyLocation: Arizona (Remote)We’re seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join a well-established law firm with a strong litigation practice. This is a fully remote opportunity offering the chance to handle a diverse caseload while working with a collaborative and high-performing team.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing cases across multiple areas of insurance defense.Role Expectations:Handle a broad range of insurance defense matters, including trucking/automobile accidents, personal injury, construction defect, and premises liability casesManage cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparationRepresent clients in court appearances, hearings, and mediations as neededCollaborate with insurance carriers, clients, and internal teams to develop effective litigation strategiesProvide timely reporting and strategic guidance to clients and stakeholdersSalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $200,000 annually.
