Program Manager, PMP Required

Summary: This successful candidate will have experience leading and establishing governance of large system migrations/implementations; will be responsible for strategic planning and overall direction and control of project/program, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled, quality standards are met, and associated expectations of performance are achieved. This successful candidate will have ten+ years’ experience managing large-scale technology projects, will perform overall management of contract operations, and serve as single point of contact. Position is contingent upon award, expected 10/30. : Location:: Baltimore, MD; applicants must be local to Maryland, remote/hybrid work options available. Responsibilities: Provide program management expertise to include strategic planning, large federal government contract management, and stakeholder management of cloud migration and multiple development projects Provide continuous support to the design and development of SharePoint On-Premises, SharePoint Online, security monitoring, and adopt best practices maximizing enterprise-wide effectiveness Perform assessments and analysis during requirements collection phase to best integrate customer needs with new technical capabilities and services Perform functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships Ensure requirements and scope are written in accordance with guidelines, regulations and policy requirements Oversee end user training and change management planning Address gaps and inefficiencies in security and identify/mitigate risks to Agency programs Develop/oversee project plans, schedules, operation and maintenance, and configuration management while adhering to industry and Project Management best practices Manage contract specific budget, tracking cost performance, requirements and resource management Manage numerous teams of engineers, vendors, and contract personnel in various geographic locations Coordinate testing, requirements, and communication strategies Provide program status, metrics, and progress reports through a variety of tools Qualifications: 10+ years of project management experience Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) active certification ITIL framework knowledge Demonstrated experience as a contract program manager providing supervision of contract in dollar value of 10M+ Ability to demonstrate clear oral and written communication with the highest levels of management Excellent communication skills, orally and in writing Employees are the face of our company.
