Snow Removal Crew Member

We’re currently looking for dependable and hard-working individuals to join our Snow Removal Crew this winter — with the opportunity to transition into full-time mowing, landscaping, and project work in the spring. Position: Snow Removal Crew Member Job Type: Seasonal (Winter) with option for Full-Time starting Spring 2026 Location: Indianola / Des Moines area Pay: $22–$30/hr depending on experience Overtime potential during larger storms Weekly pay Responsibilities Clear snow from residential and commercial properties Plow, shovel, snow-blow, and apply ice melt Follow routing and timing expectations Maintain communication with team leads Work safely and deliver high-quality results Work Schedule (Winter) On-call during snow events Shifts vary depending on storm timing and severity (often 6–12 hours) Some optional hours between storms Full-time hours available starting spring What We’re Looking For Required: Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work in cold weather and lift 50+ lbs Dependable with good communication Willing to work early mornings, nights, and long shifts during storms Preferred (not required): Lawn care or landscaping experience Plowing or equipment operation experience Valid driver’s license (required for certain roles) Why Work With Us Fast-growing company = room to advance We reward hard work and quality Training provided Great team culture Opportunity for long-term employment in lawn & landscape season Leadership roles available for those who excel Ready to Apply?
