THE HOURLY RATE FOR THIS POSITION WOULD BE AT $28.00 PER HOURWe are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for an Operations Supervisor.What will you be doing most days?Responsible for assisting the General Manager in a variety of hotel operational dutiesLead the staff as coach and trainer in the proper execution of Front Desk, Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance, and Food Service standardsResponsible for hiring associates, managing performance, communicating feedback, administering discipline and training the employees as they perform their jobsResponsible for the total site in the absence of the general managerEnsure the site operates to high standards and achieves great resultsWhat are the requirements for this position?You have a college degree in finance, business, operations, management, or related field (preferred). Extensive, relevant experience may substitute. You have 2+ years’ experience in a management capacity within a service organizationYou have knowledge or formal school courses of basic GAAP Accounting and Finance principlesYou have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsYou have extensive technological expertise with working knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and AccessYou have experience in supervision of 5 or more employees preferablyPhysical Requirements For This PositionYou must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time as the job dictates.Travel RequirementsThis position would require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding area.Pay Scale: $14.82 - $23.64/hour*Rate depends upon state/market*This property is managed by OTO Development.About OTO DevelopmentOTO Development is an industry-leading hotel development and management company.
