Their Finance team is architected as a strategic decision-support function driving financial transparency, forecast precision, capital efficiency, and scalable infrastructure to enable disciplined growth.Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Accountant to join their growing manufacturing company. This is a key position on a small, collaborative finance team, where you will take full ownership of the accounts payable function.Given the high volume of inventory receipts processed through their ODOO ERP system, accuracy, organization, and a strong work ethic are essential. This role offers excellent growth potential and is designed as a stepping-stone to increased responsibility as the company continues to expand.Responsibilities:Process high-volume vendor invoices with a focus on inventory-related transactionsPerform 3-way matching (purchase order, receipt, invoice) within ODOOReview and reconcile inventory receipts to ensure accuracy and completenessManage employee expense reports (T&E), including review, posting, and timely reimbursementEnsure expense reports comply with company policy and proper documentation is maintainedManage vendor relationships and respond to inquiries in a timely mannerPrepare and execute weekly check runs / electronic payments, including employee reimbursementsReconcile accounts payable subledger to the general ledgerAssist with month-end close, including accruals and reportingMaintain organized and audit-ready documentationIdentify process improvements and support system enhancements within ODOOEnsure compliance with company policies and internal controlsPreferred Profile:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environmentExperience with ERP systems; ODOO experience is a strong plusFamiliarity with inventory and purchase order processesExperience processing T&E expense reports is preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently in a single-owner AP roleStrong work ethic and willingness to take initiativeLocation: Greater Dallas, TX area (Onsite)Job ID# 3576299
