You love the opportunity to exceed expectations- and be rewarded for your contribution to the company!Job SummaryThe Pub Link Specialist is responsible for the accurate creation, quality control, and timely delivery of underclass and senior yearbook publication links. This role ensures all student and faculty data is validated, discrepancies are identified and resolved, and deliverables meet strict school timelines. The specialist works cross-functionally to troubleshoot both technical and data-related issues, supports production workflows, and maintains clear communication with internal teams and external vendors. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesExecute the successful creation and delivery of underclass and senior yearbook publication links to meet school deliverable timelinesPerform quality control of student and faculty data on pub linksIdentify and address human and technical errors throughout the pub link production processCompare data sets to determine any discrepanciesMeet internal timelines for task completionCommunicate with vendors effectively and efficientlyMaintain open and accurate communication through multiple software applicationsJob RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Proficiency in MS Excel with the ability to manipulate and format excel data.Extremely detail oriented.Strong time management and organizational skills.Ability to navigate multiple computer programs at once.Flexibility with a varying work schedule based on work volume.Able to commute to our office in Alpharetta, GA.Physical Requirements and Work EnvironmentAbility to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time.Ability to use a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment regularly.Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach within an office environment.Ability to lift and move items up to 15 lbs., such as files, office supplies, or equipment.Comfortable working in a standard indoor office setting with moderate noise levels.Ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and through virtual meeting platforms.
