Temp-to-Perm OpportunityWe are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team in Mansfield, MA. This role is ideal for candidates with warehouse experience who are comfortable working both on the warehouse floor and in an office setting.ResponsibilitiesAssemble and fulfill customer orders for shipmentPick and pack orders using RF handheld scannersPrepare shipments for customers and other company divisionsSchedule, load, and unload LTL freight shipmentsProcess shipping paperwork, bills of lading (BOLs), and customer shipping instructionsVerify shipment accuracy and ensure proper packaging and labelingPack materials onto pallets or crates and stage shipments for truck routesRestock materials after receiving shipmentsAssist other warehouse personnel as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment RequirementsPrevious shipping/receiving or warehouse experience requiredExperience operating warehouse equipment such as:Order PickerReach TruckAbility to lift and move materials throughout the shiftSteel-toe or composite work boots requiredBasic computer skills and ability to use RF scannersStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong attendance and reliability are requiredAbility to work overtime when neededBasic math and organizational skills Important NotesNo driving responsibilities are permitted for this positionCandidates must follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policiesIf you are dependable, hardworking, and looking for a stable warehouse opportunity with long-term potential, we encourage you to apply today.
