As a Landscaper at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, you'll help bring the park to life-keeping it clean, colorful, and guest ready every single day.Your work will be seen and enjoyed by thousands of guests and team members, helping create the vibrant atmosphere that makes Fiesta Texas unforgettable.HOW YOU WILL DO IT:Performing general landscape maintenance-planting, fertilizing, irrigating, pruning, rotating plants, and keeping everything looking top notchInspecting plants for insects and disease and coordinating pest control as neededInstalling and repairing irrigation systems, drains, planters, landscape timbers, and brick on sandAssisting with lawn care including fertilizing, mowing, edging, weed eating, raking leaves, spreading soil, and maintaining gravel areasCleaning gutters, picking up and disposing of trash, and maintaining water featuresOperating equipment such as tractors, front end loaders, forklifts, Bobcats, riding mowers, and High RangersMaintaining tools and equipment daily, including checking fluid levels and making minor repairsSupporting greenhouse operations, monitoring temperatures and fansProviding plants and decorative greenery for special events and seasonal décorAssisting with mowing, pest control, water area cleaning, and other park wide needsPitching in wherever needed to help keep the park beautiful and running smoothlyQualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderValid Texas Driver's License requiredAbility to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periodsComfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain)Strong communication skills-able to read, write, and speak clearlyLandscaping experience is preferredMust be available to work 30+ hours per week year-round.OTHER NOTESDuties may occasionally extend beyond what's listed to support park operationsThis position reports to Maintenance Department Leadership
