Job Description Salary: Commission - 30% (average $1,000 - $1,300 weekly)Stepps Towing & Heavy Transport is looking to add Light Duty Tow Truck Operators to our team! We value a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.No Slip Seating Keep Your Assigned Truck!All drivers must have their own set of tools once assigned to a truck.Essential FunctionsRespond to accidents, breakdowns, and roadside incidentsMaintain communication with motorists while en routePerform basic repairs or tow vehicles to garagesSafely load vehicles onto the truckRemove illegally parked vehiclesPhysical RequirementsLifting, crawling, pulling, constant use of hands, bending, reaching, climbingSignificant physical strength and staminaKey BehaviorsPassionate, motivated, and open to growth and challenges.Proactively build customer relationships and provide thoughtful solutions.Maintain a professional appearance and represent Stepps with pride.Strive for continuous improvement by embracing new tools and processes.Demonstrate respect toward co-workers and foster a positive team environment.Promote opportunities within the company and through referrals.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of verifiable commercial motor vehicle driving experience requiredPrior towing experience or related field preferred but not required!
