Scientist I, In Vitro Biology

Position Summary: Scientist INona Biosciences is seeking a skilled and experienced scientist to join our team in Natick, MA. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in providing antibody discovery capabilities in our US lab, support internal and external therapeutics development programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and molecular biology techniques.ResponsibilitiesGenerate and maintain mammalian cell lines for internal and external projectsPerform mammalian cell transfections, lentivirus productions and transductionsPerform flow cytometry for binding assays, immunophenotyping and cell-based functional assaysPerform ELISA/MSD to determine antibody titers in immunized mice and to quantify cytokine levels in cell supernatants from primary cell-based functional assaysPerform primary human immune cell isolation, culture and differentiationConduct independent data analysis contributing to scientific discussion and presentationsCollaborate with other team members to support internal and external projects.Requirements Master degree in immunology, molecular biology, cell biology or a similar discipline2+ years of hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and molecular biologyExperience or knowledge of flow cytometry and ELISA is highly desiredExcellent attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and ability to communicate effectivelyExcellent organization/planning skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyQuick ability to learn scientific knowledge and experimental techniquesDiligent, self-motivated, independent and strong sense of responsibilityGood interpersonal skills for building relationships across functions internally and externallyProficient in applying AI tools in practical works
