RF Systems Engineer

You will be a technical member of the Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) Systems Engineering Group that is responsible supporting design, development, integration, implementation, test andverification/validationof EW systems across multiple business areas.\n \n \nAs team member, you will be responsible for and support technologies on next-generationmilitary/commercialapplications. You will also perform, delivering technical value, in the role of an RF Systems Engineer, for programs ranging from developing prototypes, full rate production, and sustainment of systems.\n \n \nBecause of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed fulltime on site.\n \n Required Education, Experience, & Skills\n \n \nBachelor's degree in systems engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or related field, and minimum of 6 years of work experience or equivalent experience \nActive Secret clearance and be eligible to acquire a Top Secret/SCI and additional SAP/SAR clearance in the future \nExperience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools \nAbility to prioritize and adjust to dynamic project needs \nAbility to work onsite in a laboratory environment \nAbility to support manufacturing issues and working with quality engineers for path forward \nOne or more of the following technical areas:\n\nAntenna and phased array experience \nRF component knowledge (ex. low noise and power amplifiers) \nRadar experience \nCommercial or Military wireless communication experience \nReceiver architecture experience \nSoftware programming language knowledge (C++, Python, Matlab) \n \n \n Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills\n \n \nM.S. in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline and 4 years of experience or Ph.D. with 2 years of experience \nHold an active Top Secret/SCI clearance \nFamiliarty with the Compass Call Program \nKnowledge of Systems Engineering and life cycle processes stages (such as waterfall, spiral, agile/scrum and Vee) and process milestone execution decision gating reviews \nUnderstanding of the applications of active and passive sensing in the Electronic Warfare (EW) field \n \n Pay Information \n \nFull-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762\n \n \nPlease note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
