Overview In this role, you will lead structural design and analysis for diverse building types, collaborating with architects and engineers to deliver code-compliant, high-quality designs. You will mentor junior staff, manage aspects of project delivery, and ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget. The position sits within the Cities and Places buildings team in Orlando and supports mission-critical and mission-driven infrastructure projects. You will work in a hybrid setup to drive impactful projects that shape communities. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence design outcomes and mentor peers while delivering technical excellence.
