Warehouse Associate

Dakota Premium Hardwoods is a leading supplier of Hardwood Lumber, Plywood, Moulding, Cabinet Hardware/Supplies and Laminate. Our Southeast Austin lumber yard is seeking a dependable, hard-working, customer service-oriented team player for its Warehouse position. The ideal candidate will have a friendly disposition toward customers and coworkers, solid work ethic, team first and can-do attitude are essential. Experience, skills, and abilities include:Prior experience in hardwood lumber and/or plywood distribution is preferredKnowledge of picking orders within lumber yard or warehouse environmentAbility to load 18 wheeler and flatbedAbility to lift 75 pounds and work in a non-climate controlled warehouseExperience operating forklift (propane 6k lb+ sit down)Salary commensurate with experienceOvertime and bonus opportunities availableDay shift, Monday through Friday, some SaturdaysMust be able to work overtime when neededWeekly pay - hourly positionBenefits eligible after 30 days of employment-Benefits include:Paid PTO and holidaysHealthDentalVisionSupplemental benefitsCompany paid life insuranceLong-term disabilityEligible for 401k first day of employmentPlease apply in person at:Dakota Premium Hardwoods6320 E.
