Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will deliver administrative and operational support to leadership teams, ensuring smooth coordination of scheduling, travel, reporting, and office functions. Manage and synchronize calendars, arrange internal and external meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts as needed
Create detailed travel plans, including flights, ground transportation, and lodging
Produce and assemble presentations, reports, and other materials to support leadership and team initiatives
Maintain organized contact databases and digital filing systems to ensure accuracy and easy access to information
Facilitate communication with portfolio companies, collaborating across departments to keep processes running smoothly
Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks, including tracking invoices, managing payables, and organizing financial documentation
Work with portfolio business leaders to ensure timely and complete monthly reporting submissions
Support basic office management and front-desk duties
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
1–5 years of administrative xywuqvp or executive support experience, ideally in private equity, finance, or a multi-entity environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and PDF tools
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Professional demeanor, discretion, and sound judgment
