Role SummaryOwn and grow the Texas & South-Central territory by selling technical workforce solutions into data center construction projects. This is a field-based, hunter role focused on building a pipeline from scratch, developing relationships with key contractors and developers, and closing long-term, high-value service agreements.ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage, and convert a pipeline of data center construction opportunitiesDevelop relationships with General Contractors (GCs), Electrical Contractors (ECs), and developersOwn the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, and closingTrack active projects, bid cycles, and procurement timelines in the regionRepresent the company at job sites, client meetings, and industry eventsPartner with internal delivery teams to position and win workRequirements5–10+ years in sales or business development rolesExperience selling staffing, workforce solutions, telecom, or construction servicesProven track record closing 6–7 figure dealsStrong ability to build relationships and generate new businessComfortable working in a field-based role with regional travelTerritory OverviewTexas & South Central is one of the fastest-growing data center regions, including:Dallas–Fort Worth (major hyperscaler cluster)Abilene, San Antonio, South DallasRegional coverage: Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, OklahomaDFW is the hub — most projects are drivable with occasional regional travel.Nice to HaveExisting relationships with contractors or developers in TexasExperience selling into data center or large infrastructure projectsFamiliarity with fiber, structured cabling, or low-voltage servicesCompensationCompetitive base salaryUncapped commission with strong earning potentialPerformance-based bonuses tied to growth
