Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. 4. Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families. 5. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care. 6. Educate patients and families on mental health issues and treatment options. 7. Maintain accurate and timely patient records. 8. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in psychiatric nursing practice. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Valid RN license in the state of practice. 2. Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred. 3. Certification in psychiatric mental health nursing (PMH-BC) preferred. 4. Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatric nursing. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations. 7. Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment options. 8. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 9.
