Job Title: R&D Program CoordinatorLocation: Atlanta, GA – HybridDuration: 6+ Months Contract with possible extensionOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Innovation & Experimentation Program Coordinator to lead pilots, proof-of-concepts, and external technology evaluations that support Technical, Innovation, and Supply Chain initiatives. This role will drive experimentation projects from idea through implementation, collaborating cross-functionally to assess feasibility, define KPIs, analyze results, and deliver actionable recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end experimentation projects (POCs, pilots, hypothesis testing)Evaluate and assess external innovative solutionsDefine success metrics, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholdersDevelop roadmaps, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teamsPartner with global technical, R&D, and business teamsMonitor industry and technology trends to inform innovation strategyQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Innovation, or related field5+ years of project/program management experience in innovation or R&D environmentsExperience with experimentation, systems analysis, and agile methodologiesStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skillsExperience in CPG, beverage, manufacturing, sustainability, or technical environments preferred
