Job Description Job Title: Lead Maintenance Technician – Class A (350 Units)Location: Bradenton, FLPosition Overview:We are seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance of a 350-unit apartment community in Keller, TX. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage a team.
