Job DutiesResponsible for cleaning hotel public spacesStocks housekeeping supplies and linenResponsible for delivering housekeeping related items to guest roomsAccountable for guest satisfaction as it pertains to housekeeping service at the propertyAssists and responds to requests in a positive and timely manner while providing the highest level of quality service to the guestWorks as a team player and actively contributes to the efforts of other departments as necessaryUnderstands and follows the company guest service recovery programEnsures a clean and safe work area in compliance with company, brand, local, state and federal regulationsReports all maintenance needs and service issuesKnowledgeable on the safe use of chemicals utilized within the housekeeping departmentFollows all company procedures for guest/employee incidentsKnowledgeable of hotel emergency proceduresProduces required volume of work by planning, organizing and prioritizing work dutiesAdheres to the company attendance policy, grooming and appearance standards, and general work rules and department proceduresAttends all required department and hotel meetingsResponsible for proper use of all equipment and suppliesEducation: High school diploma or GED
