Finance Manager / Senior Accountant - USAbout the job Finance Manager / Senior Accountant - USHybrid Working on US Calendar / Mon – Fri / 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.The RoleFinancial Planning & Analysis – preparation, monitoring and analysis of budgets, analysis of financial performance, scenario analysis for strategic initiativesCost Accounting & Control – maintain standard and actual costs and variance analysis, optimise cost structures through collaboration with production/operations teams, monitor and report on cost drivers and profitability metricsBusiness Performance Reporting – develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs, regular and ad hoc management reports, support continuous improvement initiatives with financial dataInventory & Production Analysis – analysis of inventory movements, stock valuations, and production efficiency, analysis of waste, inefficiency and cost saving opportunitiesCompliance & Internal Controls – adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls, support audit processesThe PersonProfessional certification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, CA) is preferredBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of experience in management accounting, preferably in manufacturingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDeep understanding of manufacturing cost structures and processesSelf-motivated with a go-getter attitudeProficiency in ERP systems and advanced ExcelAbility to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholdersAttention to detail and strategic thinkingVery good verbal and written English communication skillsExposure to US Accounting would be a definite advantageUrgent vacancy – should be willing to join by September#J-18808-Ljbffr
