As we scale, we are building a high-performance growth organization focused on strategic partnerships, creator ecosystems, and community-driven distribution.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a highly connected, commercially minded Partner Manager to lead business development and strategic partnerships across the sports betting ecosystem. This role will focus on building and managing relationships with cappers, betting personalities, affiliates, media partners, and sportsbook-adjacent operators to drive CPA revenue, user acquisition, and cultural relevance for Outlier.This is not a traditional account management role. We want someone who deeply understands betting Twitter/X, Discords, affiliate economics, and the psychology of sports bettors. The ideal candidate knows how to identify rising personalities before they peak, negotiate creative partnership structures, and generate excitement around the product through strategic dealmaking and activations.You will operate at the intersection of partnerships, growth, affiliate marketing, and community strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Sourcing and Deal Execution: Identify, source, and close partnerships with cappers, betting influencers, content creators, media brands, and community operators. Structure CPA, rev-share, sponsorship, and promotional deals that drive measurable growth.Relationship Management: Build strong long-term relationships with betting ecosystem partners. Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic collaborators and ensure successful campaign execution, retention, and expansion opportunities.Affiliate and CPA Growth: Own partnership-driven acquisition metrics including CPA efficiency, conversion volume, LTV quality, and incremental user growth. Continuously optimize partnership economics and performance.Market and Ecosystem Intelligence: Maintain deep awareness of the sports betting landscape including emerging creators, betting communities, and media dynamics. Identify whitespace opportunities before competitors.Campaign and Activation Strategy: Collaborate with Growth, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to launch campaigns, promotions, contests, co-branded content, and betting-focused activations that generate buzz and engagement around Outlier.Community and Brand Expansion: Help position Outlier as a culturally relevant brand within the sports betting ecosystem. Build relationships that increase awareness, credibility, and conversation around the product among serious bettors and sports fans.Performance Tracking and Reporting: Analyze partnership performance across acquisition, engagement, retention, and ROI metrics. Develop recommendations based on data and partner feedback to improve future deal structures and campaigns.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Growth, Product, Analytics, and Content teams to ensure partnerships align with product priorities, seasonal sports calendars, and major betting moments.Desired Experience and AttributesPartnership and Business Development Experience: 3–6+ years of experience in partnerships, affiliate marketing, business development, talent management, or growth roles within sports betting, sports media, gaming, or creator ecosystems.Deep Betting Industry Fluency: Strong understanding of the betting ecosystem including sportsbooks, affiliate economics, cappers, Discord/Twitter betting communities, odds formats, and bettor behavior.Network in the Space: Existing relationships with creators, affiliates, betting communities, sportsbooks, or sports media operators strongly preferred.Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Experience negotiating CPA, sponsorship, affiliate, rev-share, or performance-based partnership agreements.Growth-Oriented Mindset: Comfortable owning acquisition targets and evaluating partnerships through a performance marketing lens.Cultural Awareness: Understands internet culture, sports fandom, and how betting conversations spread online.
