We offer professional plumbing septic and HVAC services, including installation, repair, pumping, replacement, and so much more.Duck Duck Rooter Plumbing and Septic Services is seeking a motivated and team-oriented experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our fast-paced company located in Jacksonville, FloridaDutiesDuties:Lead and supervise HVAC installation projects from start to finishInstall and connect ventilation equipment, including ductwork, vents, and pipingMaintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance tasks, and installations performed.Train and mentor helper installers to increase productivityWorking knowledge of local inspection codesAdhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC systemsProvide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.Perform routine maintenance tasks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.Ability to lift heavy equipment and access attics/crawlspacesSheet metal fabrication and installation are a plus.Experience:Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer.Proficient in performing mechanical installation and brazing tasks.Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong knowledge of property maintenance practices.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independentlyStrong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.If you are a skilled Lead HVAC Installer looking for a challenging role in the field installation industry, we want to hear from you.
