Computer Systems Engineer / Architect

Job Description:Senior systems engineering professional needed to support E-911 implementation efforts tied to Army Voice Modernization. This role combines systems engineering and IP network expertise to improve emergency services routing, location provisioning, interoperability, and technical risk mitigation for PSAP connectivity. The position is well suited for someone experienced in SIP/VoIP, network analysis, and mission-critical communications environments.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate provisioning activities with Government and Prime Contractor stakeholdersSystems engineering support for emergency communications integrationArchitecture reviews, interface analysis, and technical assessmentsIssue escalation, risk identification, and mitigation planningIP Network Engineering and Routing associated with E-911call deliveryAnalyze routing dependencies, interconnection performance, and SIP call path issuesSupport DISA VISP location provisioning and record validationAssist in resolving location discrepancies impacting emergency call routingMUST HAVES10+ years systems engineering or network engineering experience5+ years IP routing and enterprise communications experienceExperience with SIP/VoIP technologiesExperience supporting E-911 / NG911 environmentsExperience supporting DoD or Federal networksActive Secret clearanceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.PAY: $111,000 - $130,000 AnnuallyNova Talent Solutions partners with clients who are committed to equal employment opportunity.
