The role focuses on order handling, issue resolution, cross-functional coordination, and ongoing process improvement within the supply chain.Key AccountabilitiesDaily operational procurement routinesMaster data maintenanceProcessing of logistics complaintsMissing parts database including escalation processM3 Sampling procurement partCreation of Annex 1 for MRP and supply agreementsParticipation in the continuous improvement processCheck invoice: quantity discrepancy, FESTO invoice trackResponsible for standard orders and CUPP ordersYOM (OTRS) Ticket, Market communication, Top Prio Ticket, Demand PCreation and approval contracts, stock keepings and delivery schedule.
