The company is committed to quality, integrity, and a high standard of service delivery.Long-term client relationships are built on trust, transparency, and consistently excellent project outcomes.Role Description The Field Sales Consultant is a contract, on-site role based in Georgetown, TX, focused on generating new business and expanding relationships within residential, multifamily, and commercial construction markets. This role includes conducting in-person prospecting, visiting job sites, and meeting with property owners, managers, and other decision-makers to understand their construction and roofing needs. The consultant will deliver tailored sales presentations, provide estimates in collaboration with project teams, and guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to closing. Daily responsibilities include managing a pipeline of leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and coordinating with operations and project management to ensure a smooth handoff after sale. The role also involves representing Integro Construction Services at local events, networking opportunities, and community activities to build brand awareness and long-term client relationships.Qualifications • Demonstrated strength in Sales and understanding of structured Sales Processes, with the ability to move prospects from lead to close effectively.• Ability to deliver clear, persuasive Sales Presentations tailored to property owners, managers, and commercial clients.• Strong Customer Service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, follow-through, and building long-term relationships.•Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, clear verbal explanations, and professional written correspondence.•Experience in construction, roofing, or related building services is highly preferred, with the ability to learn technical details of products and services.• Proven success in field or outside sales, including prospecting, cold outreach, and managing a sales territory.• Comfort working in a contract role with performance expectations tied to activity levels and sales results.• Ability to work on-site in and around Georgetown, TX, including travel to job sites and client locations as needed.• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to work flexible hours based on client availability and project needs
