Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic shift to value-based selling through training and change management
Build and scale comprehensive enablement programs for sales and customer success
Develop AI-powered coaching programs and integrate AI tools across enablement workflows
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in sales enablement or sales operations
4+ years of people management experience in enablement or revenue-facing teams
Experience leading a sales methodology transformation towards value-based selling
Experience with AI-powered sales tools and understanding of enterprise software sales processes
Technical fluency to communicate complex AI/ML solutions to various audiences
