The position is paid by piece‐rate pay, with compensation based on the item built. The pay rate varies by product level. You can earn an average starting pay of $18+ per item and quickly reach $40+ per hour by increasing speed and volume. The local regional manager will discuss the piece‐rate structure and answer questions during the interview. This position offers health insurance after 90 days of employment and working at least 30 hours a week thereafter. Responsibilities Assemble bikes, grills, patio sets, and other furniture as requested by store managers. Qualifications and Skills Pass a clean background check and be a legal U.S. citizen. Have good mechanical skills and prior assembly experience with bikes, BBQ grills, patio furniture, lawn & garden equipment. Have a working personal smartphone and email address. Have a valid driver's license. Have a reliable and insured vehicle. Be able to lift 50 lbs. Have basic tools to start (see list below). Agree to wear an acceptable face mask inside store sites when mandated by management. Be honest, professional, respectful, and have excellent English language and communication skills.
