Job DescriptionThe Information Security Services (ISS) organization is seeking a highly motivated, organized, upbeat Technology Program Manager to provide project management and oversight across multiple programs within the ISS portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Resource Management: Handle Program Life cycle, Define Program, Lead Expectations, Handle Program Scope, Financial Accountability Indirect Expense $2-5MM.Effectively run the Information Security.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent (4-years) in Computer Science, Business or related field.7-10 years of meaningful work experience required.5+ years significant experience, including at least two years of project management experience.Preferred QualificationsCertifications Preferred: PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACI, PMI-RMP, PMI-SP.Expert skills in layered projects involving multiple systems and multiple phased deliveries.Shown ability to be broadly focused and lead multiple efforts concurrently.Base Pay SalaryThe estimated base salary for this role is $100,000- $115,000 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
