Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Lubbock, TX, with the flexibility to occasionally work from home. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, creating and implementing sales and marketing strategies, presenting advertising solutions, training team members, and managing sales operations. The role demands proactive outreach to potential advertisers, customer service excellence, and the ability to meet sales goals while promoting the station's mission. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients and promote the station's services.Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities, including meeting targets and developing successful sales strategies.Experience in Training and mentoring team members to ensure their development and performance.Proficiency in identifying client needs and offering tailored advertising and marketing solutions.Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a hybrid work environment.Familiarity with the radio broadcasting industry and local market trends is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
