Senior Manager, Data & AnalyticsOverviewWe are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Senior Manager, Data & Analytics to lead the development of a scalable, enterprise-wide analytics function. This role will be responsible for integrating data across sales, marketing, CRM, digital, and operational platforms to deliver actionable insights that drive business growth, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization.The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in analytics and data modeling with the ability to influence executive decision-making through data-driven recommendations.Key ResponsibilitiesData Strategy & ArchitectureBuild and maintain a unified data ecosystem that consolidates data from multiple business systems and customer touchpoints.Develop scalable data models, governance standards, and quality controls to ensure data integrity and usability.Design and document data structures, business rules, and reporting frameworks.Advanced Analytics & ModelingDevelop segmentation, scoring, attribution, and predictive models to improve business performance.Perform statistical analysis, correlation studies, and performance modeling to identify growth opportunities and key business drivers.Create decision-support frameworks that guide investment, resource allocation, and go-to-market strategies.Performance Measurement & OptimizationEstablish end-to-end measurement frameworks across acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.Identify customer journey friction points and recommend optimization strategies.Define and monitor KPIs tied directly to business objectives and revenue growth.Experimentation & InsightsLead testing and measurement initiatives, including hypothesis development, experimental design, and impact analysis.Deliver actionable insights and recommendations through dashboards, reporting tools, and executive presentations.Translate complex analytical findings into clear business strategies and next steps.Executive PartnershipServe as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on growth, marketing effectiveness, customer performance, and business investments.Conduct scenario planning, forecasting, and trade-off analysis to support strategic decision-making.Drive a culture of data-informed decision making across the organization.Qualifications8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, marketing analytics, or related disciplines.Proven success integrating complex datasets across sales, marketing, CRM, digital, and operational platforms.Strong background in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, attribution, segmentation, and performance measurement.Experience building scoring methodologies, decision frameworks, and data-driven optimization programs.Ability to translate technical analyses into executive-level insights and business recommendations.Advanced proficiency with Power BI, Looker Studio, Excel, and modern analytics platforms.Strong understanding of customer journey analytics, marketing measurement, and growth-focused analytics.Experience partnering with executive stakeholders and influencing strategic business decisions.
