The exact offer terms will depend on the skill level, educational qualifications, experience, and location of the candidate.JD:15+ Years of Fixture Design and Development Experience.Mechanical Engineering background.Experience from Semiconductor industry.Should know the DFMA connectsShould have the manufacturing knowledge.Core ResponsibilitiesFixture Development: Lead the full lifecycle of custom manufacturing fixtures and tooling, from initial concept and CAD modeling to detailed 2D drawings and production.Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with manufacturing, quality, and design engineers to define requirements and ensure fixtures integrate seamlessly into production lines.Design Optimization: Use UG NX, Teamcenter to design for usability, manufacturability (DFM), and maintainability.ValidationTesting: Perform alignment checks, tolerance stack ups, and verification testing to ensure all tools meet safety and performance standards.Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing tooling and implement upgrades to reduce cycle times and quality defects.Mentorship: Guide junior designers and engineers, providing technical feedback and design reviews to elevate team competency.*** is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
