Low-ego, long-tenure, promotes from within, and invests in your development.What you'll ownThe full sales lifecycle across New York and the broader NortheastMulti-stakeholder processes spanning owners, operators, managing agents, building engineers, and enterprise IT, across OT and IT environmentsA land-and-expand motion: get into one building, prove value, then grow systematically across the portfolioAccount expansion, trust, and long-term value creation. The business prioritizes durability over churn, and success is measured accordinglyWhat you'll need to apply - These are the non-negotiables:3 to 7 years selling infrastructure or adjacent building systems into commercial real estate: access control, security, building management, connectivity/DAS, smart building platforms, or OT/IT integrationAn established New York CRE network, and a real grasp of how owners, asset managers, property managers, building engineers, and enterprise IT each shape a decisionA track record in long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (often 9 to 24 months) and the patience to build relationships over years, not monthsHelps, but we'll back you on itTechnical fluency to hold a credible conversation about networks, cyber risk, and redundancy with IT stakeholders, then translate it for non-technical audiences. If you can't do this yet but can pick it up fast, that's fine.
