We're seeing meaningful inbound interest that our sales team is leveraging, there is signal, but today, inbound is inconsistent and unsystematized. We believe there's an opportunity to turn early traction into a repeatable inbound engine.This is not a brand-only role. This is not a pure strategist role. This is a build-the-engine role.You will work directly with the founding and sales team to generate qualified pipeline through:Content marketingWebinarsTrade showsSales collateralWebsite optimizationTargeted campaignsYour ideasYou'll be hands-on across everything. Content EngineWrite and publish:Case studiesTechnical blog postsIndustry insightsAI in manufacturing contentRepurpose into LinkedIn, email, and sales assetsHelp the founder show up consistently onlineGoal: 1–2 meaningful pieces of content per week.3. Trade Shows & EventsIdentify the right eventsPlan pre-event outreach campaignsEquip sales with messaging and materialsCapture and convert leads post-eventGoal: Events generate measurable pipeline, not just brand impressions.4.
