The Registered Nurse will deliver high-quality, compassionate care to clients facing substance use disorders and mental health conditions. Responsibilities include conducting client assessments, administering medications, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to manage care plans, monitoring client progress, and providing education on recovery and wellness. The role also involves maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to clinical protocols and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of FloridaExperience in patient assessment, medication administration, and care planningStrong knowledge of substance use disorders, mental health care, and detoxification protocolsExcellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and proficiency in maintaining accurate medical recordsAbility to work in a high-stress environment and manage crises effectivelyBasic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certifications preferredPrior experience in substance abuse treatment or psychiatric nursing is a plus.
