Staff Engineer II - Land Development

We're looking for a Civil Staff Engineer Land Development who's ready to take on more ownership, expand their technical impact, and work across both Land Development and Water/Wastewater projects. In this role, you will contribute to the design and delivery of projects that shape both private development and public infrastructure, from commercial and residential communities to the systems that support them. You won't just be "doing design work" you'll be:Influencing how projects are planned and executedWorking directly with clients and municipalitiesSeeing your work move from concept → construction → real-world impactWith a primary focus in land development and exposure to municipal services, you will be involved in planning, design, permitting, and construction support, gaining experience across the full project lifecycle.You will work alongside experienced engineers who will support your development as you build confidence and expand your technical capabilities. Over time, you will take on greater independence, manage your work within project schedules and budgets, and play a more active role in delivering successful outcomes.As your experience grows, you will also have the opportunity to guide junior team members and contribute to the overall success of the team.
