Of Counsel/Partner - Civil Defense (Fully Remote Option)

Leading law firm has an immediate need for a Senior Litigation Attorney, Partner or Counsel level. You will be part of a national team servicing a major corporate client with many of their litigation matters. Option to work fully remote or hybrid in their San Francisco office.Ideal candidate will have 10-25+ years of litigation experience. Experience in one or more of the following areas desired: Product liability, Complex Commercial, General Liability, Premises Security, Wrongful Death, Toxic Tort, Catastrophic Injury, Coverage, Habitability, Public Entity, Transportation, Medical Malpractice, Professional Liability, Premises Negligence, General Civil Litigation. Qualifications:JD degree from an accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in the State of CaliforniaTrial experience desiredExcellent written and communication skillsResponsibilities:Manage a litigation caseloadCommunicate with clients and provide status reportsTake and defend depositionsAttend court hearings, mediations and depositionsManage a team and supervise/mentor associatesBase salary up to 250k+ (DOE) + Generous Bonuses and Comprehensive Benefits Package + Remote or HybridPlease email resume to
