Office Assistant

Responsibilities: - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner - Greet and assist visitors, providing them with necessary information - Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, and mailing - Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering supplies - Assist with order entry and data entry tasks as needed - Manage office filing systems and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for office staff - Assist with organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and other events -Make a daily post on FB business page -You'll have full control over the social media page. - You must check & correspond to all comments & questions Skills: - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Proficient in office management tasks and procedures - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines - Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional office environment.
