Key Responsibilities:Negotiate and structure sophisticated SaaS and commercial agreements Partner with sales and business leaders to accelerate revenue while managing legal risks Provide guidance on contract interpretation, compliance obligations, and commercial strategyRequired Qualifications:10+ years of experience in commercial transactions or technology law Experience in the insurance, retirement, or pension industry is a plus Deep experience in negotiating complex SaaS and software licensing agreements J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in a U.S. State Bar Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders
