Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Birmingham, AL, for an Event Manager. The Event Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of experiential marketing campaigns and events. Key responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, collaborating with clients and vendors, supervising on-site event setups and activations, developing creative event concepts, and ensuring seamless execution. Additionally, the Event Manager will conduct performance evaluations and provide post-event reporting to measure campaign success. Qualifications Event Planning and Execution: Ability to manage event logistics, budgets, and timelines, and ensure seamless on-site execution.Client and Vendor Coordination: Strong collaboration and relationship management skills to work with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.Team Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and communicate effectively across diverse teams.Problem-Solving and Organization: Detail-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot issues and make quick decisions under pressure.Creativity and Strategic Thinking: Experience in developing innovative event concepts and aligning them with brand goals and strategies.Proficiency with Event Management Software: Familiarity with tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting event performance.Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in experiential marketing or related fields is strongly advantageous.
