You will be responsible for rapidly shipping high-quality code, building out responsive frontend features, and ensuring robust backend implementation. Your technical agility and openness to learning will directly reduce delivery risk and optimize time to market for high-visibility digital platforms.What You Will Do● Perform all phases of the SDLC including requirements analysis, application design, coding, testing, and deployment.● Work closely with engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders to design and build scalable and distributed solutions that provide a positive user experience.● Ensure frontend application optimization, cross-framework stability, and responsiveness across distinct interface modules.● Document code and assist other engineers by helping in troubleshooting and problem-solving.● Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to maximize velocity, code quality, and engineering efficiency.What You Will BringMust Have Experience● Core Backend: Strong professional experience designing, building, and maintaining robust Java-based applications.● Modern Frontend: Deep production experience writing clean, maintainable JavaScript alongside hands-on development experience in both Angular and Vue.js frameworks.● AI-Assisted Development: Proven experience utilizing GitHub Copilot in daily engineering workflows to optimize delivery velocity and automate development patterns.● Growth Mindset: An explicit eagerness to learn, adapt to shifting project requirements, and proactively upskill on technologies based on client needs.Nice to Have Experience● Quality Engineering: Experience with Playwright or automated QE automation frameworks to support end-to-end quality practices.What Makes You Stand Out● A self-starter mindset, taking immediate initiative and ownership of a challenge while providing practical solutions.● An eagerness to share your knowledge with others and a desire to continuously learn as you strive to develop and improve as a team.CompensationHourly compensation will be determined based on client rate-card alignment, agency contract agreements, and the candidate's technical evaluation depth across the interview process.The InRhythm ConsultantEvery InRhythm consultant must demonstrate core consultative traits.
