Vice President of Sales

This position is 100% remote.The Vice President of Sales will report directly to the CEO and is responsible for driving revenue growth through hands-on leadership of Smart Care’s sales organization. This role is execution-focused—building pipeline, closing business, and elevating sales performance across regions and customer segments.We are looking for someone who has similar industry experience as Smart Care and has worked for a private-equity company. We do service and repair on commercial kitchen equipment, coffee and espresso machines and HVAC/R.This is not a purely strategic role. The VP of Sales will be an active leader in the field, partnering closely with sales teams on deal strategy, customer engagement, and pipeline development.
