Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible.Job DescriptionThe Business Analysis Senior – is an expert responsible for leading high-impact initiatives, providing strategic guidance, and driving process modernization across the enterprise. This role requires a blend of deep subject matter expertise, program management, and leadership to solve complex organizational challenges. The analyst operates with significant autonomy, advising senior leadership, mentoring team members, and ensuring the alignment of programs with strategic objectives. This position is central to enhancing GEOINT capabilities, improving business functions, and ensuring the successful execution of critical missions through expert analysis, process re-engineering, and stakeholder collaboration.Duties IncludeLead and optimize office operations, ensuring seamless onboarding and off-boarding processes while driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance overall office efficiency and client requirements.Monitor Continuity project management initiatives in collaboration with branch and team leadership, including detailed project planning, rigorous timeline management, comprehensive metrics reporting, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, and exceed quality expectations.Develop the NWM’s files plan while managing their records management program in accordance with policy directives. Submit completed files plan to the NGOC Records Management representative for final approval.Work with division leadership on project management related activities to include administration, plan review, meeting and project facilitation, metrics reporting, meeting minutes, NCERTS task tracking, meeting coordination, scheduling, plan updates and edits.Manage and coordinate complex schedules, including high-level meetings, visit requests, and virtual collaboration sessions.Assist the teams in setting up various team meetings to include scheduling via VTC Scheduler.Apply broad knowledge of program and business administration practices to provide training and advice related to programs, coordinate program information requests, and prepare and disseminate relevant documents (e.g., reports, staff packages, briefings) to address customer needs and to inform effective decision making.Maintain currency of administrative products such as the branch’s badge buddies.Assist in developing internal NCERTS staff packages for inclusion into the NCERTS system as needed.Develop, review, and send all taskings and reporting requirements to government leads as appropriate. This includes but is not limited to: weekly signatures, monthly roll up of signatures, and the ongoing tasking dashboard.Required SkillsMinimum of 7 years of proven experience in high-level fast paced organizational and time-management roles, with a proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects and office operations concurrently.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all organizational levels.Adaptable and resilient in dynamic environments; capable of managing shifting priorities and navigating ambiguity while maintaining focus on key objectives and delivering consistent results.Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to draft executive-level reports, facilitate meetings, and present complex information clearly.Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance or higher.Desired SkillsDemonstrated experience in standard business application software for presentations, word processing, SharePoint-based websites, and NCERTS.FEMA level 1 certified (or ability to attain within 6 months of hire).Security Clearance RequirementAn active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.The Federal Solutions segment delivers resources to our US government customers that ensure the success of missions around the globe.
