They really know how to treat their employees right! salary: $52,000 - $58,500 per year shift: First work hours: 6 AM - 3:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Review drawings, instructions, prints, or samples and ensure the optimal process to produce part/ parts in a timely mannerAbility and willingness to create and maintain documentation such as work instructions, process drawings, and tool sheetsAbility to set-up and edit 3 and 4 axis CNC mills and lathes with live tooling utilizing ESPRIT TNGAbility to set up, adjust, and edit machines and programsAbility to run the job and process through to completionKnowledgeable in metal identification and tooling requirements for a manufacturing environment for both mill and latheHigh school diploma or equivalent10+ year experience preferred, but 7 years minimum, of full-time CNC experience with a strong background in prototyping.Ability to stay on task and complete projects with minimal supervisionWillingness to hold oneself accountable to the schedule / project deadline Minimum Qualifications:7+ years of experience operating HAAS, Mori Seiki, Doosan Mills or lathes machines in a high-precision environmentDemonstrated ability to machine complex components to tight tolerancesProficient in reading blueprints and interpreting GD&T symbolsSkilled in machining a wide range of metals including steel, stainless, aluminum, and alloy materials Preferred Qualifications:Experience on DMG Mori, Doosan and HAAS CNC MachinesFamiliarity with prototype workflows and quick-turn part manufacturingManual Machining exerience is a PLUS The essential functions of this role include: wearing steel toe shoes manual lifting up to 50lbs standing for 9 hours at one time working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week Skills CNC Set-up Machining Detail Oriented Team Player Lathe Operation 3,4,5 axis Mill Operation Read Blueprints /Schematics GDT Knowledge Precision Measurement Basic Math Tool Selection Safety Organized Flexible CAD/CAM Software Knowledge Mechanical Aptitude Deburring Grinding Qualifications Years of experience: 7 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
