This role helps keep the fleet safe and running smoothly as vehicles operate without onboard drivers.What You'll Do Monitor vehicles using live camera feeds and Remote Command toolsStep in remotely when the system needs assistanceLog actions and observations in real time (Notion / Google Sheets)Review trips and report any issues or unusual behaviorHelp identify and document edge cases and root causesShare important updates during shift handoffsWhat We're Looking For Required:Experience in technical support, dispatch, IT, or operationsStrong decision-making skills under pressureHigh attention to detail and accurate documentationWillingness to learn autonomous vehicle systemsPreferred:Prior Remote Assistance Operator experienceVideo gaming or simulation experienceFamiliarity with mapping, geolocation, or vehicle dataWork Environment On-site at the Remote Operations CenterRotating shifts, including weekendsMust be flexible for morning or evening shiftsWhy Apply?
