Field Sales Representative
What We Need
CORPAY is currently looking to hire a Field Sales Representative within our Fleet division. This position falls under our Fuel line of business and is supporting our San Antonio, Houston, and Austin markets. In this role, you and help us market and sell our industry-leading SaaS-based Fuel Management Solutions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and committed to continuous professional and personal development through training and coaching. You will report directly to Field Sales Manager and regularly collaborate with Fleet sales team.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Prospecting via phone, cold call canvasing, email, and social media on a daily basis, with the goal of setting 5-10 net new appointments per week
Conducting 5-10 effective net new in-person and/or "Zoom"/"Web-enabled" sales calls and 3-5 follow-up sales calls per week
Following a consultative sales methodology that involves identifying prospective customers' goals, challenges, and needs, aligning their needs to potential solutions, and recommending and demonstrating the value proposition of an appropriate solution to meet those needs
Maintaining a balanced pipeline of prospective accounts,
Reporting sales-related activities within Salesforce CRM
Mastering our Sales Methodology and Playbook
Engaging in personal and professional development through feedback and coaching from sales management and peers.
Qualifications & Skills
At least 3 years of documented field sales experience in a B2B setting
College degree is preferred
Demonstrated ability to prospect and generate leads, as well as set appointments
Ability to speak to time management and sales territory management skills
Demonstrated sales call management, presentation, and closing abilities
Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses
Self-motivation and ability to work independently
Experience working from a home office
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Minimum of intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Familiarity with Salesforce.com CRM
