Project Manager
Position: Project ManagerCompensation: $80 - $90 /hour, depending on experienceLocation: Houston, TexasInceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Manager to join their team!Join a dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you'll lead ERP and procurement optimization initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic projects alongside Finance, Procurement, IT, and executive leadership. The position is open due to expansion efforts and a focus on enhancing operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities & Duties:Lead end-to-end project management for ERP initiativesManage Oracle Fusion Cloud projects for Procurement and FinanceIdentify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutionsAnalyze procurement processes for automation improvementsDrive optimization of Oracle ERP modulesManage project scope, timelines, and budgetsFacilitate requirements gathering and process mappingCoordinate with teams and vendors for successful integrationsLead data migration and change management effortsDevelop project documentation and status reportsRequired Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field10 years of project management experienceHands-on experience with Oracle ERP implementationsStrong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ProcurementExperience with ERP integrations and data migrationProven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholdersExperience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologiesStrong analytical and communication skillsNice to Have Skills & Experience:Experience within manufacturing or energy environmentsExposure to supplier management and sourcing optimizationExperience partnering with Oracle implementation partnersFamiliarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologiesPerks & Benefits:3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insuranceVoluntary and Long-term disability insurancePaid time off, 401k, and holiday payWeekly direct deposit or pay card depositIf you are interested in learning more about the Project Manager opportunity, please submit your resume for consideration.
